Why Manage All Your Reviews From One Dashboard
Online reviews drive new business. Customers research you before they buy, and a quick, thoughtful response to a review shows future customers that you care. But managing reviews across Google, Yelp, Facebook, and other sites means logging in to multiple accounts, missing notifications, and letting reviews go unanswered for days. The Thryv Business Center Reputation dashboard puts every review from every connected site in one place, so you can respond on the spot, track your overall review score, and turn happy customers into your loudest marketing asset without bouncing between tabs.
This article walks you through the Thryv Business Center Reputation dashboard, including how to view your review score, respond to reviews using Thryv AI, share your first-party reviews on your website, request more reviews from your customers, and flag illegitimate reviews. It does not cover connecting individual review sites like Google or Yelp to your Thryv account, configuring automated review request campaigns, or managing your Google Business Profile. For Google Business Profile management, refer to the related Google Business Profile articles in this section.

How to Open Your Reviews Dashboard
To open your reviews dashboard, click Reputation in your Thryv Business Center navigation. The Reputation dashboard displays all of your reviews from multiple connected sites in one place, including your composite review score and the option to respond to each review directly.
Understanding Your Overall Review Score
At the top of your Reputation dashboard, you will see your overall review score. This is a composite score calculated from all of your reviews across every connected site. Your overall review score is for your reference only and is not displayed publicly to your clients. Below the overall score, you can also see a composite score broken down by source, showing your average rating on each review site individually.
First-Party Reviews vs Third-Party Reviews
Your Reputation dashboard displays two types of reviews, and each one has different rules for how it can be used.
Thryv reviews (first-party reviews). Reviews left by your clients while they were logged in to your client portal. You own these reviews and can publish them on your own client portal or website.
Reviews from other sources (third-party reviews). Reviews left on platforms like Google, Yelp, or Facebook. These reviews are the intellectual property of the site they were posted on and cannot be shared to other sites.
How to Display Your First-Party Reviews on Your Website
To display your first-party Thryv reviews on your website, click the display icon on your Reputation dashboard. A pop-up will appear containing an HTML code you can paste into your website. Click Copy to copy the HTML code to your clipboard, then paste the code into the section of your website where you want the reviews to appear.
How to Request More Reviews From Your Clients
Your Reputation dashboard includes two built-in tools to help you request more reviews from your clients:
Start New Campaign. Click this button to be taken to your Automated Campaigns, where you can send a text or email blast to your client list requesting reviews.
Share Google Link. Click this button to generate a direct link to your Google Business Profile. Share this link with your clients to make it easy for them to leave a review on your Google listing.
How to View and Filter Your Reviews
Below the score section, your Reputation dashboard displays the individual reviews your business has received. By default, the dashboard is filtered to show only reviews that still need a response. To see every review, click All to remove the filter.
For each review, you can see the customer's name, the site the review came from, the star rating, and the full text of the review.
How to Respond to a Review
To respond to a review, click inside the text box below the review and type your response. When you are ready to post, click Reply to publish your response on the original review site. Your response will be visible to the public on the site where the review was originally posted.
How to Use Thryv AI to Generate a Review Response
Instead of writing your response from scratch, you can use Thryv AI to generate three suggested responses based on the content of the review. To use Thryv AI, click the magic wand icon next to the review response field. Thryv AI will analyze the review and present three response options for you to choose from.
If none of the three responses fit, click the refresh option to generate three new suggestions. Once you find a response you like, click it to add it to the response field. From there, you can edit the response, add emojis, or post it as-is by clicking Reply.
How to Update a Response After Posting
If you need to change a response after you have already posted it, return to the review in your Reputation dashboard at any time. Open the review and edit the response in the text field, then click Reply again to update your posted response.
How to Flag an Illegitimate Review
If you believe a review is illegitimate, fake, or violates the policies of the site it was posted on, you can flag it for review by that site. To flag a review, click the three dots icon on the review and select Flag Review. This reports the review to the original site for their evaluation.
Note: The final decision on whether to remove a flagged review is made by the review site, not by Thryv. Flagging a review reports it for review, but does not guarantee the review will be removed.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a Thryv review and a Google or Yelp review?
A Thryv review is a first-party review left by a client logged in to your client portal. You own first-party reviews and can publish them on your own client portal or website. A Google, Yelp, or other third-party review is the intellectual property of the site it was posted on and cannot be shared to other sites.
Is my overall review score visible to my customers?
No. Your overall review score in the Reputation dashboard is a composite calculated for your reference only and is not displayed publicly to your clients. The individual reviews and their star ratings remain visible on the sites where they were originally posted.
Can I edit a review response after I post it?
Yes. Return to the review in your Reputation dashboard at any time to edit the response and click Reply again to update your posted response on the original review site.
What does Thryv AI do when I click the magic wand?
Thryv AI reads the content of the review and generates three suggested response options. You can choose any of the three, edit the chosen response before posting, or click refresh to generate three new suggestions.
Will flagging a review get it removed?
Flagging a review reports it to the original review site for evaluation. The decision to remove a review is made by the review site, not by Thryv. Flagging does not guarantee removal.
How do I get more reviews from my clients?
Your Reputation dashboard includes two tools to help you request more reviews. Click Start New Campaign to send a review request through Automated Campaigns, or click Share Google Link to generate a direct link to your Google Business Profile that you can share with clients.
