Requesting a deposit when you send an estimate protects your business by securing a financial commitment from your client before work begins. Thryv Business Center™ lets you add a deposit request directly to an estimate, so your client can approve the estimate and pay the deposit in one seamless step either through the client portal or processed on their behalf from inside your Thryv Business Center account. Once the deposit is paid, the estimate status updates automatically to reflect the approval and the amount collected.
What This Video Covers
This video walks you through how to create an estimate with a deposit request in Thryv Business Center, including how to add the deposit to the estimate, how a Thryv user can approve the estimate and collect the deposit payment from inside Thryv Business Center, and how a client can approve the estimate and make the deposit payment through the client portal.
