Chasing down paperwork slows every client interaction before it even starts. The Add an Internal Document feature lets you upload files directly to a client's record and assign the conversation to a specific staff member (without the client ever seeing the document). Internal documents are visible to your team only, keeping sensitive notes, contracts, or reference files organized inside each client record where your staff can find them instantly. Once you add an internal document, the document preview page lets you download, delete, or share the file with your team in seconds. To get started, open the client conversation, select the files you want to upload, and click Add.
