A cluttered inbox makes it easy to miss important client messages, but deleting conversations means losing the record permanently. Archive a Message in your Thryv inbox lets you clear out completed or inactive conversations without deleting them, so your inbox stays focused and every client interaction remains searchable if you ever need to refer back to it. Unlike deleted messages, archived messages are fully recoverable and stored in the Archived folder on the left-hand side of your inbox. You can archive a single message or select multiple messages at once, making it easy to clear out your inbox in bulk. To archive a message, open your inbox, select the message or messages you want to archive, click Archive at the top of the screen, and click OK to confirm.
