The Create a One-on-One Appointment feature in your Thryv calendar gives you full control over every booking. From adding multiple email recipients to collecting payment before the appointment is confirmed. When you create a one-on-one appointment, you can assign additional recipients who receive a booking confirmation and are notified of any changes, while keeping payment requests tied to the primary contact only. If a client has purchased a package, the Create a One-on-One Appointment workflow automatically applies available package credits to the service instead of charging the client again. You can also require client approval and payment before the appointment is confirmed by scheduling the appointment as tentative. Once scheduled, the appointment appears on your calendar immediately.
