Chasing down payments after the work is done wastes time you could spend on your next client. The Create an Invoice feature in Thryv lets you bill clients directly from your dashboard, a client record, or the Sales tab, with full control over line items, discounts, taxes, deposits, and payment terms all in one place. When you create an invoice, you can add services from your saved service list or enter a custom item manually, apply percentage or flat-dollar discounts per line item, and assign a previously collected payment as a deposit against the invoice total. The Create an Invoice workflow also lets you attach documents, add a note to your client, set a due date, and decide whether to allow online payments or partial payments before sending. Once you're ready, click Send to deliver the invoice to your client immediately or click Save Draft to send it later.
