Knowing whether your advertising is working helps you make smarter decisions about where to invest your marketing budget. The Growth Package Stats dashboard gives you real-time visibility into how your Growth Package ads and Enhanced Profiles are performing, including impressions, profile clicks, tracked phone calls, and call recordings. This article covers how to access your Growth Package Stats, how to read your performance metrics, and how to review your call activity.
What the Growth Package Stats Dashboard Shows
The Growth Package Stats dashboard is part of the Ads Boost family of add-ons. The dashboard gives you a centralized view of your advertising performance so you can measure the direct impact of your Growth Package ads and Enhanced Profiles on brand visibility and lead generation. Beyond surface-level data, the dashboard also provides call activity reporting and call recording, so you can review every tracked call and follow up with leads faster.
On average, Ads Boost clients see 250% more impressions and 50% more calls. Use your Growth Package Stats dashboard to compare your own performance against these benchmarks and identify opportunities for growth.
How to Access Your Growth Package Stats
To view your Growth Package Stats, click Analytics in the left-hand navigation, then click Enhanced Profile + Growth Package.
How to Read and Filter Your Performance Metrics
The Performance section of the Growth Package Stats dashboard shows data for your Enhanced Profiles and Growth Package ads. Click a metric tile to display the selected metric on the graph. The following metrics are available:
- Impressions - The number of times your profile or ad has appeared in a search result.
- Clicks - The number of times someone has clicked to view your profile.
- Calls - The number of calls received on your tracked phone lines.
Use the date filter to change the date range displayed on the graph. The solid line on the graph shows data for the period you have selected. The dotted line shows data for the previous corresponding period. For example, if you select 4 weeks as the time range, the solid line shows the most recent 4 weeks and the dotted line shows the 4 weeks before that.
You can also filter the Performance data by the type of exposure. The available exposure type filters are: Listings, Enhanced Profiles, Trackable Phone Numbers, and Growth Package ads. Note that Listings do not include trackable phone numbers. Any calls received directly from your listings go to your business phone number and are not tracked in the Growth Package Stats dashboard.
How to Review Call Activity and Listen to Call Recordings
The Call Activity section of the Growth Package Stats dashboard shows all calls received from your tracked phone numbers across your Enhanced Profiles, Growth Packages, and other Trackable Phone Numbers. For each call, the dashboard displays the caller's contact information, the timestamp of the call, and the source the call came from, when that information is available.
To listen to a recording of a call, click Play Call Audio next to the call you want to review. Use the Play and Pause buttons to control the playback. To add an internal note to a call recording, click the +Add Note button. Internal notes are visible to your staff but are not sent to the caller.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is all lead activity captured in the Growth Package Stats dashboard?
No. There are situations where lead activity cannot be tracked. For example, if a customer finds your business through an ad, clicks your Enhanced Profile, then visits your website and calls your business phone number directly instead of the tracked phone number, that call will not appear in your Growth Package Stats dashboard. Only calls made to your tracked phone numbers are captured in the dashboard.
How do I know the calls shown are from new leads and not existing customers?
The calls displayed in the Call Activity section are calls made to your tracked phone numbers. Tracked phone numbers are unique numbers published only on your Thryv ads and not anywhere else. If someone calls a tracked phone number, they found it through your Thryv placement. Calls made directly to your business phone number are not tracked in the dashboard. Note that the same lead may call more than once, or may call after becoming a customer. These calls will still appear in your tracking. You can use the +Add Note button to distinguish repeat callers if needed. Growth Packages are priced at a flat rate and do not charge by the call, so repeat callers do not affect your pricing.
Does this article cover setting up Trackable Phone Numbers?
No. This article covers reading and using your Growth Package Stats dashboard only. For information about setting up Trackable Phone Numbers, see Trackable Phone Numbers in Thryv.
