See What Your Growth Package Ads Are Delivering
Your Growth Package, part of the Ads Boost family of add-ons, gives you a real-time view of how your campaigns are performing, including impressions, profile clicks, and tracked phone calls.
Growth Package Stats provide a centralized dashboard to measure the direct impact of your advertising efforts and geographic expansion. The dashboard eliminates the guesswork of marketing by giving you real-time visibility into how your Growth Package ads and Enhanced Profiles are performing, so you can see exactly how every dollar spent is contributing to brand visibility and lead generation.
Beyond surface-level data, Growth Package Stats offer deeper insight into customer interactions through call activity reporting and call recording. Filter data by date or exposure type to compare current performance against previous periods, making it easy to spot growth trends and seasonal patterns. Growth Package Stats also capture lead contact information from every tracked call, so you can follow up faster and make data-driven decisions that fuel long-term expansion.

To view your Growth Package Stats, click Analytics in the left-hand navigation, then click Enhanced Profile + Growth Package.
Performance
The PerformanceĀ section will show data for your Enhanced Profiles and Growth Package. Click on the tile for a metric to display it on the graph. The available metrics are:
- Impressions - number of time your profile/ad has appeared in a search
- Click - number of times someone has clicked to view your profile
- Calls - number of calls to your tracked phone lines
Use the date filter to change the date range for this data. Note that the solid line on the graph shows data for the period selected, while the dotted line shows data for the previous corresponding period. For example, if you have selectedĀ 4 weeksĀ for the time range, the solid line will show the previous 4 weeks, while the dotted line will show the 4 weeks prior
In addition, you can also filter by the type of exposure for your business, between your listings, Enhanced Profiles, Trackable Phone Numbers, and ads from your Growth Packages.
Note:Ā ListingsĀ do not come with trackable phone numbers, so there will not be call data for them, any calls received directly from your listings would go straight to your business phone number and would not be tracked.
Call Activity
Here you can see the calls received from your tracked phone numbers in your Enhanced Profiles, Growth Packages, and other Trackable Phone Numbers. If possible, Thryv Marketing Center will identify the caller, and their contact information, timestamp of call, and the source will display.Ā
To hear a recording of the call, click onĀ Play Call Audio. Use theĀ Play/PauseĀ button to play or stop the recording. To add an internal note to this recording, use the +Add NoteĀ button. Note that this note will not be sent to your lead, but it will be visible to your other staff.
FAQ
Is this all of the data available for my Enhanced Profiles? Is there any data that isn't tracked?
There are some instances where it is not possible to track the behavior of your leads/customers. For example, if a customer finds your business through an ad, clicks on your enhanced profile, then clicks on your website for more information, and calls your business directly rather than through the tracked phone number, this call wouldn't appear on your reporting.
How do I know these are calls from true leads and not my existing customers?
The only calls that will display here are calls to your tracked phone numbers from your Thryv program. These are unique numbers that are only published on your ads, and not anywhere else. If someone is calling this number, they found it through your placement from Thryv. If a customer calls your business phone number, that call will not be tracked here. There is a chance the same lead calls more than once, or calls the tracked phone number again after they become a customer. These will still appear in your tracking, you can add a note to distinguish them if desired. Remember that Growth Packages are a flat price and do not charge by the call, so repeat callers do not affect your pricing.
