1. Click on New
2. Click on Estimate
3. Select or create your client
4. Set your billing information and add line items to your estimate as normal

5. Click on Terms, notes & signature…
6. Type the note to your client
This note will appear in the email sent to your client before they open the estimate. It will also appear on the downloaded PDF
7. Click on Send
