Keep track of important business information, right from the palm of your hand! This guide will show you how to create your own detailed report including any combination of metrics! To get started, navigate to Reports and tap the orange + icon.
Next, give a name to your report. The name doesn't necessarily need to match the metrics contained in the report, but does need to be unique from names given to previous ones. Once you've entered a name - click on Create
Your report has been started, but you'll need to add metrics to it. To get started, tap the + icon on the empty tile.
Your available metrics will display. Use the search bar to search for a specific metric. To filter by Center, swipe across the top and tap the Center you want to see metrics for. Note that while all Centers appear, you will only be able to add metrics from Centers you are subscribed to. The center will say Active if you're subscribed. To add a metric to your report, tap the checkbox for it in the top left corner of its tile. Note that you can also tap the heart icon to add a metric to your Favorites to quickly access later. You are able to select multiple metrics, even across multiple centers. When finished, tap Add to Report.
Your report will be created. Each metric selected will display on its own tile, in the order you selected them. Note that you can change the date range for each metric individually, or use the Master Date Range to change the date for all metrics at once (this will override if you have selected a date range for an individual metric).
To add more metrics to this report, scroll all the way to the bottom to the empty tile, and tap the + icon to add more metrics the same way as previously.
Tap the tri-dots on an individual tile to see the following actions:
- Pin this metric to the top of the report
- Reorder cards - changes the report to drag and drop mode allowing you to change the order of metrics.
- Detailed View - opens up this metric on its own screen, where you can see the exact values for each metric and filter even further.
- Change chart - changes the way the data is presented. Choose between a column chart, bar chart, pie chart, line chart, or others.
Once you've completed the report, you can return to My Reports any time to see it again. You can also schedule a reminder for yourself and/or your staff to check on it later, or share it as a one-off.
