Deleting a custom report in the Thryv Reporting Center™ permanently removes the report from your dashboard. Before deleting a custom report, note that deleting a report also removes access for anyone the report has been shared with and cancels any reminders that have been set for the report. Deleted reports are moved to the bin and remain there for 30 days before being permanently removed.

To delete a custom report, locate the report tile in the Thryv Reporting Center.

1. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the report tile. 

   

2. A pop-up menu appears displaying options for the report. Click Delete in the pop-up menu.

   

3. A confirmation dialog box appears asking you to confirm the deletion. Click Delete to confirm.

   

The custom report is removed from your dashboard immediately and access is revoked for anyone the report was shared with.
