Thryv Reporting Center helps you make the most of your data by combining it into your own reports and dashboards. Thryv Reporting Center comes with several prebuilt reports that are ready to use, and a report builder for custom reporting for the exact metrics you want to use. With custom reports, you can gain valuable insights from all of your data - even across multiple Thryv products! Prebuilt Reports
Prebuilt reports are automatically created for you and are ready to use. Click on a particular product to see prebuilt reports related to it. Note that you must be an active subscriber of a product to view reporting for it.
To view a particular report, click on its tile. You will see all of the metrics contained in this report. The metrics in this report can't be changed. However, you can Duplicate this report, which will create a Custom Report (more on those below) which can be edited. You can also Export the report which creates a spreadsheet/CSV of the data shown. For more on changing the dates or adding filters, take a look at the section viewing a report below.
Custom Reports
Custom reports are a combination of metrics that you select specifically. Combine different metrics - even from different Centers - to draw meaningful conclusions and gain valuable insights. To view your custom reports, click on My Reports.
From here, you will see all custom reports that you have created. Click on the tile for a report to edit it or share it with a fellow staff member. To create a new custom report, click on New Report. For a full guide to creating a new custom report, Click Here!
Viewing A Report
When viewing a report, you are able to customize the data displayed for each metric.
Changing the Chart Type
To change the graph type, click on the tri-dots>Change Chart
In the window that appears, select one new chart type, then click on Continue. The data will now appear in the form of the new chart selected.
Changing the Date Range
Use the Master Date Range to change the date for all metrics at once.
Or, to change the date range for a single metric only, click on the available ranges at the top of the tile, or the More drop-down
