For businesses with multiple owners, it's important to make sure that all owners have correct information in ThryvPay, and that when ownership changes occur, this information can be updated. This guide will show you how to view and edit owner/officer profiles in ThrvyPay.
To view your owner profile(s), navigate to Settings>Business Information
Then, scroll down to Owner/Officer Details. To expand information on a profile, click the drop-down arrow. The contact details for the profile will appear. To add another owner/officer, click on Add New, or to make changes to the profile, click on Edit.
Note that when adding a new or editing an existing profile, ThryvPay will need to confirm the identity of that owner. If you are unable to verify, you will need to contact ThryvPay support to make changes.
Once you verify, you will be able to add information for the new owner or make changes. Note that all fields are required, including specifying the ownership percentage for each profile. Also note that one profile must always be marked as Primary and will serve as the main contact for ThryvPay

Does adding a ThryvPay user profile count as a staff seat in Command Center or Business Center?
No, you are able to add all owners of the business without consuming an available staff seat in any other product
Does adding a ThryvPay user profile give that person access to ThryvPay or any other Thryv products?
No, if you wish to give this person access, they must be added as a staff member as well. It is entirely possible to list an owner without giving them software access
Do I need to maintain accurate ownership information?
Yes, maintaining accurate owner information is required by banking regulations
