Why Keeping Owner Information Accurate in ThryvPay Matters
Maintaining accurate owner and officer information in ThryvPay is required by banking regulations. For businesses with multiple owners, each owner must have a complete and verified profile in ThryvPay, including the correct ownership percentage. When ownership changes occur — such as adding a new owner or updating an existing owner's details — ThryvPay must verify the identity of the owner before changes can be saved. Keeping owner profiles current ensures your ThryvPay account remains compliant and avoids disruptions to payment processing.
How to View Owner and Officer Profiles in ThryvPay
To view your owner and officer profiles, select Settings in the left-hand navigation of your ThryvPay account. Then select Business Information.

Select the dropdown arrow on any profile to expand the contact details for that owner. The Owner/Officer Details section displays all owner and officer profiles currently associated with the ThryvPay account.
How to Add or Edit an Owner and Officer Profile in ThryvPay
In the Owner/Officer Details section of the Business Information screen, use the following options to manage owner profiles:
To add a new owner or officer, select Add New.
To edit an existing owner or officer profile, select Edit on the profile you want to update.

Each profile has a dropdown arrow to expand the contact details, and an Edit button to make changes to that profile. The Add New button appears at the bottom of the section for adding a new owner or officer profile.
Identity Verification When Adding or Editing an Owner Profile
When adding a new owner profile or editing an existing profile, ThryvPay is required to verify the identity of the owner before saving the changes. If identity verification is unsuccessful, contact ThryvPay Support to complete the changes. Once identity is verified, all profile fields become available to complete or update. All fields in the owner profile are required, including the ownership percentage. Each ThryvPay account must have at least one profile marked as Primary — the Primary profile serves as the main contact for ThryvPay communications and account management.

A Primary checkbox appears on the form to designate the profile as the main contact for the ThryvPay account. All fields must be completed before the profile can be saved. The form does not include an option to grant software access to Thryv products — software access is managed separately through staff member settings.
