Having trouble logging into Thryv? This troubleshooting guide will go over some common issues and how to access Thryv.
Forgot Password
To reset your password, go to login.thryv.com, and enter the email address you use to log in. Then, click on Forgot Password
An email will be sent to the email address entered with a link to create a new password. Your new password can not be the same as a previously used password.
Note: It is not advisable to attempt to repeatedly guess your password if you aren't sure, as repeated unsuccessful attempts will cause your account to be locked for a period of time. As this is a security measure, our support team is unable to remove this lock.
Unable to receive Multi-Factor Authentication
As a privacy measure, Thryv uses multi-factor authentication to either your cell phone number or Google Authenticator app. You can read more about MFA Here
In the event your phone number changes, or you are otherwise unable to receive your MFA code, contact our support team by calling 844-998-4798, or sending an email to support@thryv.com
Access using a VPN
Thryv does not support the use of a VPN. If accessing through a VPN, Thryv may not display all of your connected channels or other products, and all of your data may not appear. Attempting to log directly into one of your other products may create a redirection loop where you can not access. The only way to resolve this is to turn off your VPN.
I'm logged in, but I can't see my other products (Thryv Business Center, Thryv Marketing Center, etc).
This typically happens when logged in using a VPN, see the item above.
Ensure that you have created the staff member's email before you add them to Thryv
When a staff member is added to Thryv, Thryv sends a confirmation to their email address right away. If this initial email bounces (meaning it is not received by the email server) then Thryv will not be able to send emails to this address. For this reason, it is imperative that the staff member's email address is created before adding them to Thryv.
In addition, if your staff member's email address does exist but they are not receiving the email, have the staff member white list the following emails with their email provider: no-reply@thryv.com & reply@thryv.com. White list means to mark them as a safe sender.
I'm still having trouble
If you have resolved all of the above, try clearing your cache and cookies for all time. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact our support team
