In Business Center, you can choose your own term to refer to individual items saved under a contact. For example, one contact could be associated to multiple vehicles, pets, jobs or other terms. This term will appear in the left-hand navigation, on the client card, and other places.
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Business Info
3. Scroll down to CRM terminology, and use the radio buttons/drop-down to select your preferred CRM term.
