Your profile isn't the only place on social media where your customers can engage with you. Social media platforms give their users the ability to Mention (also referred to as tag) a business page in their posts. Social media users take advantage of this feature for everything from shout-outs for their favorite business to drawing attention to issues they have, and everything in between.
While the idea that any social media user can mention your business, Business Center has you covered! All of your connected pages will display any mentions of your business page in one convenient dashboard. This guide will show you how you can stay on top of them
To see your mentions, navigate to Social>Mentions

Sort and Filter Your Mentions
By default, mentions on all of your social media pages will be displayed in chronological order. You are able to filter the list. To filter by account, click on the drop-down below, and use the checkboxes to determine which social media pages will be shown.
To change the order of the posts, click on the order drop-down. You can order your mentions in order of:
- Time - chronological order regardless of platform, starting with most recent
- Engagement - show the posts with highest engagement first, defined by the metric selected
- Platform - sort your mentions based on the social media platform they were posted on
To filter by keyword, enter the desired keyword in the Filter Posts field. Only posts containing the keyword will be displayed.
Manage Your Mentions
Your mentions will be displayed below based on the filters selected. To take action on a mention, click on the tri-dots next to it.
To recreate the post on your page, click on Copy Post. The pop-up to create a post will display, pre-populated with the contents of the original post that mentioned your page. The post will still show as being posted by you. This feature is great for rewarding your followers for engaging with you, when they give you a shout-out, you can use this to thank them!
Click on Manage Post to see more stats on it, including a chart showing the comments, shares, or likes over time.
Below the chart, you can also see all comments on the post in chronological order.
