1. Navigate to ThryvPay>Scheduled Payments

2. Click on Schedule New

3. Search for your client

4. Enter the total amount to be charged

In this example, we are entering quarterly payments of $300, totaling $1,200

5. Select your payment frequency, in this case Monthly, then click on Next

6. Set a start date for your payment schedule

7. Select the number of occurrences. For quarterly payments, select "Custom Occurences" and enter "4"

8. Set how often you want the payment to repeat. For quarterly payments, select 3 months

9. Give a name to your payment schedule

10. Select from the client's stored payment methods or send them a link to enter their own payment method

11. Review your schedule, and when you're ready click on Charge Now

Note that your customer will not actually be charged until their payment date
