1. Navigate to My Account

2. Click on Website Builder

3. Click on the pop-out Analytics button

4. From the Site Overview page, choose the form from the drop-down and click on the Export Icon

Form responses will automatically download as a CSV file and will include details such as the date the form was completed, client name, phone number, email address, message, and any other information collected on your form.
