This will allow you to add a contact form integrated with Business Center to any website, including Wordpress, Wix, or GoDaddy, to capture important client contact information

1. Start from your Dashboard

2. Click on Online Presence

3. Click on Website Widgets

4. Additional Widgets

You can add an additional Contact Form, Scheduling Calendar, and/or Sidebar. To add the Contact Form, click the "Edit/View" button

5. Select the desired layout

From here, you can choose one of the following layouts:

*Basic Layout: standard contact form

*Contact & Profile: contact form with your profile information

*Contact & Schedule: contact form with a calendar button

*Professional: contact form with profile information and calendar option

You will see the form preview on the right

You can also edit the form fields and the colors/fonts

6. Click Add to Website

7. Copy and Paste the code to the bottom of your HTML page
