How To Add WebChat to a Squarespace Website

​This guide assumes that you have already acquired the code snippet necessary to install WebChat onto an external website. If you have not already done so, you need to follow the steps in this guide first

Start by navigating to your SquareSpace website editor

 

1. Click on Website

3. Click on Code Injection

4. Paste your WebChat code into the Header field

5. Click on SAVE

6. Any messages your customers send through WebChat will appear in your Command Center inbox
