1. Click on Settings
2. Click on My Services
3. Click on the Edit icon on the desired service
If you would like to set custom reminders for multiple services they must be done individually
4. Click on Client Notifications
5. Select the step(s) you wish to customize, and click the radio button for Customize
You can customize each step of the notification process from the booking confirmation all the way through to post-appointment follow up
6. Type your custom message in the field provided. Repeat for each step you would like to customize
7. Remember to click on Save when finished
