Creating engaging copy is crucial for the success of your campaign. The paragraph and list blocks give you the tools you need to organize your text in a way that is visually appealing and drive clicks.
To add a paragraph of list to your campaign, click on it under Content on the right rail, and drag it to the desired column in your campaign.
Once added, a toolbar will appear upon clicking on the block. Use these tools to apply formatting to the text in the block, including bold, italics, underline, or strike-through text, as well as changing the color or adding highlights.
From here, type your list or paragraph. In addition to the formatting toolbar, use Content Properties on the right rail to further customize your content. Note that any changes made here only affect the selected content block. Other blocks will need to be changed individually.
Specific fields for Lists
Use List Type to choose either a numbered list or bullet list
Use List Style Type to change the style of the bullets or numbers in your list. For example, the bullets can be circles or squares, or your list can be numbers or letters, as well as capital or lowercase.
Start List From allows you to start your numbered list from a higher number than 1
List and Paragraph Content Preferences
The remaining fields apply to the text itself within your content.
You are able to customize the font and color of your text. Note that by default your font will be set to Global Font, which is the font selected in your campaign settings. You are able to pick a new font from the drop-down, but note that it will only affect this content block.
You can also edit the alignment and spacing for your text.
Add Padding to your Text
In design, "padding" refers to the space between the content (such as text or images) within an element (like a box or a container) and the inner edges of that element. It creates a visual buffer that helps to control the spacing and layout of elements on a webpage, enhancing readability and aesthetics.
To add padding, scroll down to Content Options. By default, you can add padding to all sides equally. The higher the number, the more space is added.
To add more detailed padding, set the More Options toggle to on, and you can choose the specific directions for your padding.
