If you are having a problem with emails to a specific customer going to spam, have this customer follow these steps in their Gmail account in order to stop this from happening. If they use a different email provider, they will need to follow a similar process to add reply@thryv.com and no-reply@thryv.com to their safe sender list. This will prevent emails sent from Thryv from being directed to their spam folder.
# Open your Gmail
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on See all settings
3. Select "Filters and Blocked Address" in the top menu bar
4. Click on "Create a New Filter"
5. Enter "no-reply@thryv.com" in the From section
6. Click Create Filter
7. Select "Never Send to Spam" from the options
8. Click on Create filter to save
