Change the Action on an Announcement to Invite Client to Send Message

1. Start From Dashboard

2. Click on Marketing

3. Click on Announcements

4. Locate the announcement you wish to change and click on Edit

5. Click on the action button

6. Click on Edit

7. Click on change action

8. Scroll down to "any of the Client Portal actions" and click on the drop-down

9. Click on We'd love to hear from you

10. Click on SAVE

11. Click on Done
