Mobile App- Send an Invoice from a Calendar Appointment
1. Open your Thryv Mobile App
2. Click the calendar option at the bottom
*You can also access the calendar along with the full menu by clicking the 3 lines at the top left next to "Dashboard"
3. Select the appointment you'd like to send the invoice for
4. Click Create Invoice from the appointment details screen
5. Edit your invoice details such as the issue and due date
*Note: the due date will default to 30 days and can be updated at any time in the settings. The settings can only be access/updated on the Desktop version of your Thryv Software
6. Your appointment service will automatically populate. You can add additional services/products to the invoice through the dropdown box
7. Click on Attached Documents to upload any document/images from your mobile device
8. Click on Terms & notes to add any additional notes for the client
9. Select if you would like to allow your client to pay online or to make a partial payment
Note: a payment gateway such as ThryvPay, Square, Stripe, or Paypal must be connected to your Thryv Software. To connect a payment gateway, access your Settings>Payments through the desktop version of your Thryv
10. Click on Send
