When you promote a group event, Thryv automatically generates an announcement pre-filled with your event details, giving you a ready-to-edit template where you can update the title, body, and image before sending. Promote Your Group Event lets you choose your delivery channel, customize the subject line, select specific clients to receive the announcement, and decide whether to send immediately or schedule the announcement for a later date. To get started, open your calendar, click the group event you want to promote, and select Promote This Event at the top of the event details.
