1. In My Account, click on Account Profile in the left-hand navigation
2. Under Account Profile, click on Payment History
3. To take action on an invoice, click on the Actions drop-down. Select Preview to view the invoice online in a browser window, or select Download to save it to your device.

Do all of my subscriptions invoice separately?
Yes, each subscription will bill on its own billing date, with it's own invoice.
My invoice is showing past due, what should I do?
In the invoice, you are able to see the payment method being used. You can either navigate to payment methods to update it's information, or navigate to the subscription to select a different payment method.
What is the subscription on my invoice called "My Account" for $0?
My Account is the central hub that connects all of your Thryv products. It houses your subscriptions as well as your staff seats, account profile, leads inbox and other functions that aren't tied to a specific product. There isn't a charge for my account, it is created for free for each user to house essential information.
