1. Start from Dashboard
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on Client & Contact info…
Note: If you have chosen a different CRM term, such as Job, Accounts, Pets, etc., this terminology will replace the term "Clients"
4. Click "Client Status"
5. Add any additional statuses I want to use. Click "enter" after each status.
Your new status will automatically save and can now be used in the client card
