Create an Automated Campaign for a Customized Client Status
2. Click on Marketing
3. Click on Automated Campaigns
4. Click on + Add Automated Campaign
5. Click on Create Your Own
6. To select a Custom Client Status, choose the "Reconnect with your clients" option. This option will allow you to select any Client Status
7. Click on NEXT
8. Edit the email information including the Campaign Name, text , button, and image.
9. Edit the Trigger and Timing settings and the Delivery method
This will allow you to choose the time the campaign is sent and if it is via email or text
10. Edit the "Recipient settings" to select the Client Status
Select "Filtered"
Select "by Client Status" and choose the desired custom status
11. Click the toggle button to Activate the Campaign
12. Click on Done to save
Your active campaign will now send all clients with the selected Status the email
