Make sure your critical personal and business information for Thryv is correct and up to date! This guide will show you how to edit your contact information, your payment information, your Thryv subscriptions, and view your payment history.
To access, click on Account Profile in the left-hand navigation of My Account.

Personal Information
Click on Personal Information to see the profile for your staff account. Click on the edit icon to change information. On this screen, you can change the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Title
- Email (this is the email address used to log in).
- Phone number
In addition, click on Reset Password to change the password used to log in to your account. In the pop-up that appears, click on Reset Password and an email will be sent to you to reset your password.
Business Information
Click on Business Information to edit your business name, address, and contact information. Click on the edit icon to make changes.
All fields will become editable. Enter your business information, and make sure you click save in the lower left corner.
Active Subscriptions
This page shows all Thryv software products you are currently subscribed to. Click on the Action drop-down to take action on your subscription.
Payment Methods
From this screen you will be able to add or change your payment method. To add a new payment method, click on the + icon. Or, to modify an existing payment method, click on Edit or Delete. Changes in payment methods can take up to 10 minutes to reflect on the page.
There are two ways to add a payment method. You are able to connect a credit card, or connect your bank account directly via Plaid.
Connect A Credit Card
To connect a credit card, select credit card at the top of the window that appears. Then, fill out all necessary fields. Once you have done so, click on Add
Connect Your Bank Account
Don't know your account and routing number? No problem! Thryv uses a service called Plaid to retrieve To connect your bank account directly, using only your online banking credentials. Click on Transfer With Plaid at the top of the window that appears. A confirmation screen will appear, click on Continue.
Select your bank from the list, or use the search bar to search for it.
Once you've selected your bank, sign in with your online banking credentials. Enter your username and password, then click Continue
Note: This information is only used for a one-time login and is not stored by Thryv.
Plaid will log into your online banking to retrieve your bank information. A success screen will appear, click on Continue. Then, you'll need to review the permissions Plaid must access to connect your bank account. To allow permission, click on Allow
Payment History
This screen will show the history of your payments with Thryv. You are able to click on a column to sort by that information. On the right hand side, under Actions, you will be able to preview or download your invoices with Thryv. To see which subscription an invoice is for, preview or download it.
Each payment will show the following information. Click on any column to sort by it.
- Payment Date
- Invoice Creation Date
- Due Date
- Invoice #
- Amount Due
