1. Click on Support Center
2. Click on Contact Us…
3. Click on Schedule an Appointment
4. Click on Thryv Support Appointment
5. Select a date
6. Select a time
7. Click on Continue
8. Fill our your information
Enter the reason for your appointment in the Note field so that the Customer Service Manager on the call will be able to prepare
Note that the field Thryv ID is internal only, don't worry about that field
9. Click on Confirm booking
