1. Click on Listings Management
2. Click on the icon for any of your Enhanced Profiles
3. Click on the profile you would like to activate
4. Use the toggle to enable the Enhanced Profile
Each profile is toggled individually, so you will need to toggle each one you want to use
5. Click on Update My Listing to save
6. From here, it can take up to 48 hours for your Enhanced Profile to publish.
Each enhanced profile will say Pending until it is published
In the rare event your profile is unable to be published due to an error, a message will display indicating the cause. If this happens, contact us at support@thryv.com or 844-998-4798 with the text on the error message.
