Zapier is a tool that acts like a bridge between Thryv and the other software you use every day, such as QuickBooks, Google Sheets, or Facebook Leads. It allows these different apps to "talk" to each other so that information moves automatically. For example, you can use Zapier to ensure that every time a new lead comes in from a Facebook ad, their contact info is sent directly into Thryv without you having to type a single word.
To set up this bridge, you need a secure digital key called an API Token. Providing this key to Zapier authorizes it to securely move data in and out of your Thryv account.
Important Note on Access: For security reasons, only the Primary Admin on the account can view or generate this key. If you are a staff member or secondary admin, you will not see these settings. You must ask the account owner to provide the token to complete your setup.

2. Click on Settings
3. Scroll down and Click on Integrations
4. Click on CONNECT
5. Click on Copy To Clipboard
