1. Start from Dashboard
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on Auto Client Messages & SMS
4. Click on Booking
5. Click on add a personal message to the auto-reply email
6. Select box for client to receive a text message reminder in addition to an email
7. Click the dropdown to select options for the First reminder
8. Click the dropdown to select options for the Second reminder. If a second reminder is not needed, click the toggle off option
9. Click the dropdown to select Automated follow-up and edit the text box to add a personal message
10. Click on Save
