Take a Payment on an Invoice
2. Click on Sales
3. Click on Billing & Invoicing
4. Click on the invoice to open.
5. Click on TAKE PAYMENT
6. Select the payment options
From here, you will be able to send the payment link to the client (steps below), Charge the credit/debit card (steps below), or record a payment with cash, check, bank transfer, etc.
*To take a partial payment, edit the dollar amount
7. To send the payment link, click the Send Payment Link button
8. Select the SMS or Email options
9. Click Charge credit/debit card to process a credit card payment
10. Enter the Credit card number and click "Charge"
11. To mark an invoice as paid via cash, check, other, click Record Payment
12. Click on Payment received via to select cash, credit card, ACH, Bank Transfer, Check, etc
13. Click on Reference to add any additional information such as the Check number, etc.
14. Click on RECORD
