1. Start from Dashboard

2. Click on Marketing

3. Click on Automated Campaigns

4. Click on + Add Automated Campaign

5. Select the Happy Birthday Campaign from the options provided

6. Click the text box to edit the birthday message

This is a great location to add any birthday specials/discounts

7. Edit the "Trigger and timing settings" to select the "Birthday" trigger

8. Click on Birthday under the Selected Date field

*this is a field located in the Client Card that will trigger the Birthday campaign to automatically send to the client

9. Select the time you would like your campaign to send

10. Click on Delivery method to choose text message or email

11. Toggle the "Active" button to activate your campaign

12. Click on Done to save

13. Your campaign is now active and will automatically send a Happy Birthday to all of your clients that have a Birthday listed in your Thryv
