Create an invoice with hidden line item prices
You Thryv invoices will allow you to add items with individual prices as well as hidden individual prices which will display 1 total cost.
2. Click on Sales
3. Click on New
4. Click on Invoice
5. Select a client or add a new client
6. Update the Invoice label and Due Date as needed
7. Select your first item to add to the invoice by selecting an service from the dropdown menu or create a custom item
8. You can add multiple services to the same invoice by following the same steps

9. You will now see your 2 items displaying the individual prices
10. To hide individual item prices, click on "Add an item header"
The header will allow you to separate items within the invoice/estimate such as "Services" or "Products". This will also allow you to hide the individual item prices for all items below the header
11. Enter the name of the header then click "Save"
12. Select your first item to add under the header by selecting an service from the dropdown menu or create a custom item

14. The invoice will reflect all items above and below the header
15. To hide the individual item totals under the header, click "Customize Headers"
16. You will see the option to turn off the subtotal for item header and/or prices for line items
17. Turning off the items will show the clients can still view individual line items without headers
18. The prices in the light color are not visible to your client
On the example below, "Product Item 1" and "Product Item 2" prices are visible as they are listed in black. The items listed under the "Services" header ("Service Item 1" and "Service Item 2") are not visible to clients are they have been greyed out. They are visible to you while editing the invoice/estimate, however, they will not be displayed on the final invoice/estimate the client receives.
19. Click on "Attached Documents" to upload any documents/photos
20. You can add any specific notes to the invoices as needed along with any Terms & Conditions.
Select the "Save for future invoices" option for the note to automatically populate on all future invoices.
21. Select if you would like to allow clients to pay the invoice online or to make partial payments on the invoice
22. Click on Send
You may view the final invoice from the Client Card or the Sales tab
