This guide will cover how to customize the notifications that are sent both to your staff and to your clients from Thryv Business Center™
Note that any changes made here will affect your entire Thryv Business Center account, not any one staff account specifically.
1. Start from Dashboard
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on Email Templates…
4. Click on the drop-down to select the type of template you wish to edit
5. Templates under Client will be notifications sent to your customers
6. Templates under Business will be sent to you or your staff
7. Finally, click on the text box to edit the template
