1. Start from the Dashboard
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on Booking Options…
4. Click on Booking Policies
5. Check or uncheck the box to allow or disallow clients to reschedule appointments
6. Choose how far away from the appointment the client needs to be to reschedule
7. Check or uncheck the box to allow or disallow clients to cancel appointments
8. Choose how far away from the appointment the client needs to be to reschedule
