2. Click on Add/Update Staff
3. Click on the + Icon
4. Enter information for your new staff member. Toggle access to channels in My Leads
Note that the email address entered here will be the email address they use to log in. They will receive an email at this address to set their own password. Passwords can only be set or reset by the staff member themselves.
Optional: Set the staff member's permissions in Thryv Business Center
5. Navigate back to Thryv Business Center
6. Click on Settings, then Staff and edit your new staff member
7. Select a Role
8. Choose what services the staff member will provide
9. Click on ADD
