2. Click on Reputation
3. Click on Reviews
4. Reviews needing a response will be flagged. Click on the Reply field to type your response
5. Optional: Use ThryvAI to help come up with a response
ThryvAI will automatically generate 3 responses. Select a response to populate it into the reply field. You can generate as many responses as you like, 3 at a time
5. Once you have revised your response, click on Reply to send
