Leads and client messages that don't get a timely follow-up turn into missed opportunities and lost revenue. Set a Reminder to Follow Up in your Thryv inbox lets you attach a follow-up date and an optional personal note to any conversation, so you never lose track of a lead or forget to respond to a client who is waiting to hear back. When the follow-up date arrives, Thryv sends you an email reminder so the conversation stays on your radar even when your inbox gets busy. All conversations with an active reminder are stored in the Follow Up folder on the left-hand side of your inbox, giving you a single view of every conversation that needs your attention. To set a reminder, open the conversation in your inbox, click Remind Me In at the top of the screen, select a day from the dropdown or choose a custom date and time, and click Set Reminder.
