Knowing the status of every payment your business has processed means fewer surprises, faster dispute resolution, and a clear picture of your cash flow at any given moment. The ThryvPay Transaction Tab gives you a complete history of all your payments, filtered into four status categories: Paid for completed transactions, Pending for transactions still in progress, Disputed for transactions a customer has challenged, and Canceled or Refunded for transactions reversed by you or a staff member. From the ThryvPay Transaction Tab, you can search for a specific transaction using the search bar, apply additional filters using the filter icon, and export your full transaction history using the export icon. To view the complete details of any transaction including payment amount, client information, and transaction status, click View on the transaction row. To access the ThryvPay Transaction Tab, click Sales in the left-hand navigation and select ThryvPay.
