What the Heatmap Covers
The Heatmap in Thryv includes the following tools, each accessible from the Heatmap section of your marketing tools:
- Clicks: shows the most active pages on your website along with page views, with filters for date range, page search, and advanced sorting
- Heatmap view: a visual overlay on any page showing where visitors are clicking, moving, or scrolling, with color intensity indicating engagement level
- Forms: shows completed forms on your website including detail reporting, abandon rate, and performance comparison over time
- Elements: breaks down engagement data by individual element on your page, sorted by most clicked by default
- Recordings: lets you watch replay sessions of real visitors navigating your site, including their location and browser information
- Devices: shows Heatmap activity filtered by device type, including a mobile emulator to see how your site appears on a phone or tablet
