Clients who want to tip for great service should never have to search for a way to do it, and a payment process that makes tipping awkward leaves money on the table. Accept Tips with ThryvPay lets you enable a tip option on every payment so clients can add a preset percentage or enter a custom dollar amount directly from their payment screen, with no extra steps required on your end. Once you enable Accept Tips with ThryvPay, you choose the default tip percentage options that display to your clients at checkout, and clients can always enter a custom tip amount if the preset options do not fit. Tips are included in the total transaction amount in your ThryvPay reporting, and you can view the tip amount separately by clicking View on any individual payment. To enable tips, click Sales in the left-hand navigation, select ThryvPay, click Settings, and scroll down to the Tips section to turn the toggle on.
