Instead of sending attachments through personal email, you can share files securely through the client portal so both you and your client always know where to find them.

This video walks you through how to share a document, file, or photo with a client using the Share Document feature in Thryv Business Center, including how to assign the conversation to a staff member, how to confirm the shared document appears in the client conversation, and how to find previously shared documents by navigating to Documents and clicking Sent to Client. It does not cover requesting a document from a client or managing documents in your My Documents library. How to Use This Video
Watch the full video below to follow along with the document sharing walkthrough. Once you have selected the file and assigned the conversation to the appropriate staff member, click Share to send the document to your client. The shared document will appear in the client's conversation immediately. To find the document again, navigate to the client card, click Documents, then click Sent to Client.
