Order Your Card Reader
Your device is ordered through the Thryv software. To do so, navigate to ThryvPay>Settings>Card Readers>Order New Reader
Select to receive either one or two card readers in your order. Orders can not exceed two devices due to shipping box restrictions, however multiple orders may be placed. Once you are ready, click on Checkout
Next, click on the Acknowledgement checkbox, then click on Proceed to Shipping
First, verify your shipping address, then confirm or add your Payment method. The credit card that is already used to pay for your Thryv subscription will appear by default. If your Thryv subscription is paid for via bank transfer, then you will need to add a credit card on file to order your card reader. Adding a new card on file here will not change the card on file to pay for your Thryv subscription.
Note: A payment method is required on file, even if there is no cost associated with your order. Your card will not be charged for a free reader
Once your details are confirmed, click on Pay Now
You will see a confirmation screen when your order is complete, and a receipt will be sent to the email address shown. Click on Done to close the window.
