Missing a client message because your inbox is disorganized can cost you a booking, a payment, or a relationship. Managing Your Messages in your Thryv Business Center inbox gives you a structured folder system so every conversation is easy to find, act on, and follow up with at the right time. The Requires Your Attention folder surfaces messages that have not received a response, the Follow Up folder holds conversations you have flagged for a future response with a set time frame, and the Archived folder stores removed conversations without deleting the client record. Before permanently deleting a message, be aware that the Delete Forever option in Managing Your Messages removes all interactions with that client, including appointments, invoices, payments, estimates, and documents, and cannot be undone. Use the Sources filter to sort your inbox by the channel each conversation came through, so you can see at a glance where your client communication is coming from.
