The Import from Phone feature doesn't work on my Samsung A42.  I contacted Support about this once already.  We went through the steps to uninstall and reinstall the app.  It worked while the agent was with me on the Zoom call.  It hasn't worked since.

It's also rather frustrating that there's no mention of this feature found when searching for help.
